Dear Parents and Families of Mini Cheer Clinic Participants, The 2023 Mini Cheer Clinic that was initially planned to take place on Wednesday, October 11th, 2023, and the corresponding performance planned for Friday, October 13th, 2023, have been rescheduled to the following week due to the anticipated forecast.
The Mini Cheer Clinic will now take place on Wednesday, October 18th, 2023, and will run at its previously scheduled time of 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM. The corresponding Game-Day Performance will now take place on Friday, October 20th, 2023.
If we have inclement weather next week, we will still host our event. The Clinic will take place on Wednesday as planned. If we must cancel the on-field performance for Friday, October 20th we will host a showcase event on Saturday, October 21st, 2023, from 10:00 AM – 11:15 AM in Prouty Gymnasium at Princeton High School.
If your daughter is no longer able to participate due to a conflict with rescheduling, please contact Coach Cain. We will issue refunds of $36 per participant to account for the expense of the shirt. Coach Cain will coordinate with you on the delivery of the shirt.
If you are the primary contact listed on your daughter’s registration, please, reply to the mass text that was sent this morning confirming you have received this information regarding the reschedule. Anyone who doesn’t reach out with confirmation will be assumed to have received this information and herefore is aware of the rescheduled dates.
