Through three Green Awards, students enhance their character and leadership, achieve “Green Verified” status by being dependable teammates, and recognize green qualities in others.
Our motto, “The Green Team won’t build itself,” inspires everyone to lead and grow together. We encourage students to reflect weekly on their progress—Green, Gray, or Red—and motivate them to reach the “Green” zone where teamwork and character truly shine.
