Our school will be administering the Illinois Youth Survey 2026 to all 10th and 12th grade students on Monday, February 23.
The Illinois Youth Survey is a statewide survey sponsored by the Illinois Department of Human Services and is designed to gather important information about youth attitudes and experiences. Examples of potential sensitive topics include questions about substance use, bullying, dating violence, school climate, and screen time.
The information collected helps improve our community’s ability to develop programs and strategies that prevent youth problem behaviors and enhance positive youth development.
Participation in the survey is voluntary. If you do not want your child to participate, please return the signed opt-out form to Student Affairs no later than Monday, February 23 at 12:00 PM.
